Until midnight tonight, you can purchase a 2019 Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 for £250 less than retail price, or a regular XPS 13 for a whopping £320 discount.
If you don’t already know, this year’s Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 is widely regarded as one of the best Windows hybrid laptops available. It launched in May of this year with a suite of improvements to differentiate it from its 2018 predecessor. Right now, you can nab it for £1,269 , down from £1,519 .
At the time, we caught a glimpse of it at the Computex trade show in Taiwan, and thought it was something special ; our reviewer wrote that “with a 10th Gen CPU, up to 32GB of RAM and a new efficient cooling design, it’s going to put the 2018 Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 to shame. In fact, it may well show up every other 13in laptop on the market today, and indeed for the rest of this year.”
The model on offer here has a tenth-gen Intel i7-1065G7 processor with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of SSD storage. It carries a record-breaking 2.25mm front-facing webcam, and a Full HD display that’s 7% larger than last year’s model. It’s also 8% slimmer than its predecessor and, thanks to a new active cooling fan system (and that new processor), up to 2.5 times more powerful.

The regular Dell XPS 13, meanwhile, is a standard ultraportable laptop, so don’t try and fold it through 360 degrees as you might the 2-in-1 version. In our Dell XPS 13 review , we praised the magnificent display, extra-long battery life and discreetly located webcam, noting in addition the sleek aluminium design and pleasingly tactile keyboard.
The version on offer here will cost you £699 , down from £1,019 . It’s a low-spec model with an Intel i3-8145U, 4GB of RAM and a 128GB SSD. For the record, that’s still more than capable of handling web browsing, streaming and heavy workloads, although don’t expect to be designing graphics or playing games.
